This customer called us out about a leak on their cleaner pump. We had originally replaced their seals, seal plate, impeller and diffuser last November, though it seems the shaft seal has failed and will need to be replaced again. Luckily the customer caught it early and we'll have it taken care of in no time! Stay tuned for part 2! 👀

Filter cleaning is an especially important step of maintaining your pool's pristine condition year-round 🏊 Q: When should I clean my filters? 🤔 A: We typically recommend cleaning your filters every 4-6 months, but a good rule of thumb is to watch your pressure gauge. Salt systems, otherwise known as saltwater generators (SWGs), use a piece of equipment called a "salt cell" to produce chlorine using a level of salinity in the water. The cells conduct electrolysis to convert the sodium chloride into hypochlorous acid, or free chlorine. These systems may be expensive, but they are great options for homeowners looking to decrease their chemical bill long-term. 💲 Keep in mind that salt pools are not "chlorine-free," as the cell still produces chlorine.
